Advy.se is a content marketing company for financial advisors and is not engaged in the business of providing any financial advice, selling financial products, transacting securities or any business other than content marketing. Advy.se is not licensed, registered or credentialed with any regulatory body.

Placement of advertisement and featuring of posts or responses may be revenue driven and not best fit.
Advysers may pay to have their profiles “featured” or to advertise on our site. Featured profiles may appear first in searches, may be highlighted, and may have additional profiles features. Being “Featured” is not an indication of skill, experience or talent, it is purely revenue based.

Advy.se Claims no Responsibility for Accuracy or Truthfulness of Advyser Profiles and Qualifications
Advyser profiles are intended only for appropriately credentialed and registered individuals. Creation or publication of content by an Advyser without appropriate credentials and registrations is expressly prohibited under our terms of service and may also be illegal. Similarly, posting untruthful, or misleading, advise is also explicitly prohibited by our terms of service and may also be illegal.

While we do not routinely screen profiles, we may remove profiles at our sole discretion, and may forward anything posted here to legal and regulatory bodies. Anything posted by a contributor may be considered an advertisement by any regulatory bodies that contributor is regulated by. As such, contributors should take necessary care to make sure that their contributions are in compliance with the legal requirements set forth by their regulators.

Advy.se does not in any way take any responsibility for performing any due diligence or background checks on its members. An Advyser’s membership on Advy.se is not an endorsement of skill, training or experience. Advy.se also does not claim to have reviewed any Advyser’s registration, licenses, credentials or disciplinary history. Before hiring an advisor please perform your own due diligence on them by consulting with relevant sources including regulatory agencies.

For your convenience only we have provided links to several regulatory bodies’ websites where you may perform your own Due Diligence on Advysers:

FINRA Brokercheck

SEC IAPD

Please note that because Advyse does not review registrations, Advyse cannot say definitively that any Advyser is registered or firm is registered with either of these regulatory bodies.
